What will be the future of imported F&B in China?

In cooperation with CKGSB (Cheung Kong Graduated School of Business), the prestigious Chinese business school, Eibens together with the EU SME Centre and the AustCham Beijing, organized a seminar to analyse the current situation of imported F&B in China and its predictable future development.

Many points of view were offered and many topics were discussed, including Trends in Distribution Channels & Category Management, Selling Imported Products on E-commerce in China, Introducing High-end F&B in China, Collective Brands and the success case of CHEERS but they all had in common the great potential of Chinese market for imported products.

After the seminar session, the speakers were invited to a discussion panel, were the guests asked questions regarding the experts’ experience in China and dealing with the imported F&B market in China, including the issues like importance of product and marketing strategy adaptation or how to create a consumption habit where it did not exist before.
